That’s how I’m wired. I’m both creative and deeply strategic — able to see the big picture and work through the details that make it real. I’ve structured projects from the ground up: assembling the right capital stack, aligning partners around a shared vision, and navigating the friction that’s inevitable in any deal worth doing. The result isn’t just a project that gets built — it’s one that performs.

I operate calmly in complexity. When deals stall or uncertainty rises, I create clarity. That steadiness builds trust with partners, aligns teams around what matters, and keeps momentum moving even in difficult environments. For equity partners and co- development partners, that’s not a soft skill — it’s a structural advantage.
